Ms Nadiah Wan was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara in 2017 at age 32 and also serves as Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of TMC Life Sciences Berhad since February 2019. She was appointed as a Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia in 2021.

Prior to joining Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara, Nadiah worked in Sunway Medical Centre as Chief Operating Officer (Clinical Services) after being promoted from Director of Business Development and Corporate Communications in October 2016. She started her career at The Boston Consulting Group in 2007 as an Associate Consultant.

Nadiah holds an MSc in Public Health (Nutrition) from the London School of Hygiene and Medicine, UK and was awarded the Hecht Bequest for Best Student in Public Health (Nutrition) upon graduation. She pursued her undergraduate studies in Biochemical Sciences at Harvard College (AB cum Laude, ’07) while conducting research at Boston Children’s Hospital with grants from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.

She is a mother of one who is passionate about transforming healthcare delivery and spends her free time juggling her other commitments as a WEF Young Global Leader and President of the Harvard Club of Malaysia. She is also fond of finding new places to eat, exploring new destinations and collecting more books than she can read.
